If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all VIER Antwerp tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
